Fall hunting at the lodge is fantastic. Denis, your host, can direct you to
the Crown land zones, as well as private land.
Our deer season (firearm) is typically two weeks long. We do not post
exaggerated kill percentages, however, our success rate is comparable to all
other outfitters in Ontario. Book your spot early. Our hunting is popular and
fills up fast.
Prime black bear habitat, a good population of bears and the knowledge

techniques are proven and will bring these crafty animals into shooting range.

D & D Outfitting is offering a fantastic hunting opportunity of a diversity
of game. This ranges from small game to deer and bear. All hunts are fair game
chase and respect all governing hunting regulations and limits. D & D Outfitting
aims to always provide a good, honest, reliable service and good value for the
money and to offer ethical hunting for the true sportsman. All facilities are
indoors and include electricity. While we know you'll be satisfied with the
accommodations, service, and hunting conditions, we cannot guarantee a kill.
Success is dependant upon many factors including your abilities, weather, etc.
However, our success rate is comparable to all others in Ontario! Transportation
to and from actual hunting sites can be done on foot, ATV, or vehicle, all of
which must be provided by hunter. Roads are gravel, but are in good shape. We
do recommend ATV's for those who like to hunt in some of the further back blinds.
We offer small game hunts during the season by directing hunters to known areas
where game is abundant.
Deer hunting is done in various ways to accommodate every type of hunters.
Rifle and shotguns hunts take place over private or public land; a total of
approximately 3000 acres is available. You can hunt from strategically located
stand, participate in organized drives (with or without dogs) or hunt an area
of your choice. Hunters are limited to a total of 10 per week during firearms
season.
Bear is limited to bow or rifle hunting over a baited area from a tree stand.
This type of hunt is the most productive during the afternoon hunt. We offer
a fishing combination with the hunt available at no extra cost. We will provide:
Three meals a day at times conducive to the hunt, hunt camp, active bait sites,
tree stand or ground blind. All baits, information and guiding services. The
hunt begins depending on your arrival. Gun hunting is now permitted on Sunday,
Hunting packages starts on Monday to Friday. Traditionally we hunt bears in
the afternoon / evening. You can spend the day as you wish joining your guide
baiting and checking sites, fishing, hiking, hunting small game/birds or just
relaxing.

Terms and conditions
A 50% deposit of package is required to secure a booking which is non-refundable
if cancelled less than two months prior to arrival.
